Q: Will there be a conference app?

A: Yes! The ABFE’s Harambee: Let’s All Pull Together 2019 Conference Official App will be available for download soon on Apple and Android devices. We will provide the link for our conference registrants as soon as it is available.

 

Q: I have not made my hotel reservation yet, is there group rate still available?

A: Rooms at Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center are available while they last at the special discounted group rate of $159/night. To book, please call Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center’s Reservation Department at (877) 901-6632 (to get this special rate, please let the agent know you’re booking under “ABFE Annual Conference”).

*Unfortunately as of March 12, 2019, the ABFE group rate is no longer available on the hotel’s site, Marriott.com.

 

Q: I’ve registered for the conference, but unfortunately cannot attend. Can I request a refund?

A: If you’re unable to attend and would like to request a refund, please contact ABFE’s Conference Committee at conference@abfe.org (we will confirm receipt of your email if received). Cancellation requests received by Friday, March 22, 2019 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Because of conference costs occurred by the March 22nd deadline, cancellations after this date (including no-shows at the conference) will not receive a refund.

If you’re no longer able to attend, but would like to send another colleague in your place, please contact the ABFE Conference Committee at conference@abfe.org (we will confirm receipt of your email if received) no later than Thursday, March 28, 2019. There is no fee to change the name on a registration if we are notified by Thursday, March 28th.
