Q: I have not made my hotel reservation yet, is there group rate still available?
A: Rooms at Raleigh Marriott City Center are available while they last at the special discounted group rate of $165/night. To book, click the link here to Book your group rate for ABFE Attendee or please call Raleigh Marriott City Center Reservation Department at (888) 236-2427 (to get this special rate, please let the agent know you’re booking under “ABFE Annual Conference”).
*Unfortunately as of March 16, 2020, the ABFE group rate is no longer available on the hotel’s site, Marriott.com.
Q: I’ve registered for the conference, but unfortunately cannot attend. Can I request a refund?
A: If you’re unable to attend and would like to request a refund, please contact ABFE’s Conference Committee at email@example.com (we will confirm receipt of your email if received). Cancellation requests received by Thursday, April 2, 2020 will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Because of conference costs occurred by the Thursday, April 2, 2020 deadline, cancellations after this date (including no-shows at the conference) will not receive a refund.
If you’re no longer able to attend, but would like to send another colleague in your place, please contact the ABFE Conference Committee at firstname.lastname@example.org (we will confirm receipt of your email if received) no later than Thursday, April 2, 2020. There is no fee to change the name on a registration if we are notified by Thursday, April 2nd.
Q: What is the conference registration rate?
A: ABFE Member rate is $700.00, Non-member rate $900.00. To attend the James A. Joseph Lecture and Awards Dinner only is $200.00. To attend the Welcome Reception only is $200.00.
